Fans immerse themselves in the surge to the Super Bowl

Football fans are getting a unique look at the game in advance of the Super Bowl. Some of them are winding up in the middle of a sea of faces they normally only see on TV.
TV personalities and NFL stars are among them.
Brooke Pietrowski said, "Nice to see the players. It's amazing to see what they look like in real person compared to what they look like on real TV.
Now they're seeing it in real-life for free at the ESPN stage. The Pietrowskis are among the really lucky ones. They won limited tickets to the NFL network stage.
Brooke said, "I requested passes for all of them and we got Good Morning Football, so it's great!"
The enthusiasm is palpable and the amped atmosphere is contagious.
ESPN director Jeff Nelson said, "The fans are the reason we're here. We're here to feed off the crowd. The host, the analysts, they all feed off that energy.”
