Election 2024: Vice presidential nominee Tim Walz set to visit Omaha again
Harris’s running mate will make a return to his home state

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - The Harris campaign announced Tim Walz will be making another stop in Omaha soon.
The vice presidential candidate and Nebraska native is set to visit next Saturday, Oct. 19.
This is Walz’s second trip to the Cornhusker state this election season. In August, his first visit drew a crowd both inside and outside of La Vista’s Astro Theater.
Now the governor of Minnesota, Walz was born in West Point, Neb., raised in Valentine, attended Chadron State College, and taught in Alliance.
