Rusty’s First Alert Forecast - Warm fall weather before some weekend heat

OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - You have more cool air outside as the day gets started and once again we’ll warm that into the 80s this afternoon.

Today’s wind will be out of the northeast and won’t start to pick up until later in the afternoon. The strongest gusts up over 30 mph are likely by the evening.

That will send some cooler air our way by Friday morning with most of us waking up in the 40s. Friday’s afternoon high likely stays below 80 degrees.
