OMAHA, Neb. (WOWT) - Scooter’s Coffee is partnering with The Pink Agenda to fundraise for breast cancer research with seasonal items.

In a release Tuesday, Scooter’s Coffee said it will be reinstating a seasonal snack, the Courage Cookie, and beverage, the Courage Quencher, to raise awareness and funds for breast cancer research.

“So many of us have been impacted by breast cancer ourselves or in someone we love. The Courage of breast cancer patients and the Love shown by those rallying behind them is inspiring,” said Becky Vinton Jeanette, Executive Director of Community Affairs at Scooter’s Coffee. “Guided by our Core Values of Courage and Love, we’re entering the fifth consecutive year of partnership with The Pink Agenda to one day find a cure and put an end to this devastating disease.”

The release says Scooter’s has donated nearly $676,000 to breast cancer research since 2020, selling more than 1 million Courage Cookies in that time.

The Courage Cookie is a sugar cookie with a pink cream cheese frosting.

The Courage Quencher is an iced drink of strawberry and lime with coconut milk and frozen blueberries.

According to the release, 20% of the profits yielded by these two items will be donated to The Pink Agenda, a breast cancer research nonprofit.
