GRETNA, Neb. (WOWT) - Fire crews responded to a brush fire outside of Gretna Sunday.

According to Gretna Fire Chief Rod Buethe, the fire started at around 2 p.m. and ended around 3:30 p.m. near 192nd Street and Shram Road.

According to Chief Buethe, the fire occurred on Vala’s-owned property, but the fire was a quarter mile west of the pumpkin patch.

Six fire departments were called to the scene of the fire, including Omaha, Louisville, Springfield, Papillion, and Bellevue in addition to Gretna.

No injuries were reported due to the fire.
